This unfinished basement was transformed into a multifunctional, semi-open layout anchored by a double-sided fireplace. Spatial program included a wet bar, pool area, family recreation, workout area, a 3-piece bathroom, a private workspace and utility/storage which are cleverly concealed by custom sliding barn doors.  

Furnishings are a mixture of both pre-owned and new.   Art selections were curated to resonate with the homeowner's deep familial connection - a symbolic compass navigating between cherished memories and a forward-looking journey to be relished in their new space.
